Listings:

All items I’ve listed on this website, Cozam Creations are sold in good faith. If you feel that they differ in any way from the listing please contact me.

I reserve the right to cancel listings and in turn orders at any time if there is a mistake in the listing. If your order is cancelled because of a mistake in the listing you will be contacted and a full refund will be issued or an alternative offered.

Payments:

All payments must be made before orders are processed and in turn delivered.

PayPal is the websites chosen payment service. They are a faster and safer way to pay online. You don’t need to sign up to PayPal to use it, you can pay with a variety of credit or debit cards.

Orders:

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days* depending on day of purchase; visits to the Post Office are generally twice a week. If I am very busy it may be 3-5 working days, possibly longer but I will inform you if this is the case.

*Commissioned and personalised pieces, special requests, repairs or alterations will vary, and once discussed, be specified by me, Corrie, Cozam Creations.

Cancellations or amendments to your order are accepted within 2 hours, should your order have not been started. Please get in contact by email if need to do so.

I have the right to refuse and cancel any order at any time. If this happens you will be advised by email and given a full refund if payment has been received.

Delivery:

Royal Mail is the delivery service currently used. When an item is posted in the UK it will be 1st Class, with proof of postage. Unless postage is upgraded by your request; of which additional payment is required.

Deliveries outside of the UK will always be International Track and Signed..

PN- Due to the new GPRS rules from 13th December 2024) regarding selling goods to customer in the EU and NI, I have had to cease shipping to these countries. Sadly due to the rules, the administrative level of regulations required are just not feasible for my small business - Any orders placed for NI will be cancelled (and full refund given), the current set of my shipping means I can't remove NI from shipping availablity.

If the wrong address is supplied and the delivery is made to this address, the order is then complete and our contract is ended. There will be no refund or expectation on my part to supply the order again.

If your order is sent using any delivery service that requires a signature, it’s your responsibility to ensure availabilty to do so. If it is unable to be delivered and is returned to me as no one was available for a signature, you are responsible.

I will not pay for re-delivery and inturn will seek re-delivery costs from you before I resend.

If your order does not arrive as expected after posted, please contact me.

Although proof of postage is acquired at time of posting, this does not track delivery. So if you require tracking you can upgrade delivery at checkout.

Royal Mail (my current delivery service) expect us to wait approx 20 working days, and International delivery 28, after the expected due date before any possible action themselves is taken, and the order considered lost.

Standard delivery Royal Mail will not pay for the loss of jewellery, as jewellery is only covered if posted using Special delivery. If you wish to make sure your jewellery is covered please upgrade your postage at checkout.

I am not responsible for any order once in care of delivery service. I am not liable for any items lost in the post, and l will not refund any orders lost in the post.

Refunds:

Refunds and exchanges are accepted.

To be eligible* your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as you received it.

You need to advise me within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return. The item must then be returned and received within 14 days, and in original packaging.

*Some items are exempt from returns or exchanges; Earrings, personalised or commissioned pieces, special request, repairs and alterations, sale and limited edition pieces are non-returnable/non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage/delivery costs are non refundable, and only the price of the piece returned, if eligible, will be refunded.

Do not continue to use Cozam Creations if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Cozam Creations does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Cozam Creations , its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
