Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

My refund (and exchange) and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, the offer of a full refund or exchange is no longer available. Unless extenuating circumstances and at my discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Responsibility of returns is yours.

Refunds

Refunds (and exchanges) are accepted. To be eligible* your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Some items are exempt from returns or exchanges -

  • Earrings

  • Personalised or Commissioned pieces

  • Repaired and/or Altered pieces

  • Sale and Limited edition pieces

You need to advise within 14 days of delivery if wish to return purchase. The item then must then be returned and received within 14 days, and in original packaging, and condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent you to notify you item/s have been received, and notification of approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of returns.

Delivery costs are non refundable, only the price of the original piece returned, if eligible, will be refunded.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. See returns details (above) for information regarding the policy.

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. Please contact me if this is the case.
