As each piece is handmade slight variations may occur, part of what makes each piece unique. Through images and descriptions products on website items are represented as accurately when listed.

All items listed on this website, Cozam Creations, are sold in good faith. If you feel that they differ in any way from the listing please contact me. Prices are listed in GBP (British Pound). We reserve the right to modify prices at anytime without notice. I reserve the right to cancel listings, and in turn orders at any time if there is a mistake in the listing. If your order is cancelled because of a mistake in the listing you will be contacted and a full refund will be issued or an alternative offered.

Orders:

Cancellations or amendments to your order are accepted within 2 hours, should your order have not been started. Please contact me by email or phone if you need to do so..

Due to new GPRS rules (see below) any orders placed from NI are unable to be processed and will be cancelled, and full refund given. With my current shipping set up, I'm unable to separate UK countries, and inturn remove NI from shipping option.

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days* Though it may be 3-5 depending on how busy I may be. I will always do my utmost to ensure your purchase is with you as soon possible. *Commissioned and personalised pieces, special request, alterations and repairs will vary, and once discussed with you, will be confirmed by me, Corrie, Cozam Creations.

For commissioned pieces, repairs and alterations, special requests, I will liaise with you to discuss exactly what you would like, continuing to during the creating process, and on completion. So you can be sure to be happy when it arrives.

Cozam Creations jewellery comes in either a bag or box, depending on item, each packaged with care. Craft is wrapped in tissue paper, due to size it’s not in bag or box. If you wish, you item can be gift wrapped, for an additional charge. Please contact me by email to arrange prior to purchase.

Payments:

All payments must be made before orders are processed and in turn delivered. The website is a secure run site, the shop uses PayPal to process payments. You don’t need to sign up to PayPal to use it, and you can pay with a variety of credit or debit cards. Be aware of your local tax rules when buying abroad (outside the UK). Cozam Creations is not liable for paying local taxes.

Delivery:

UK delivery is 1st class Royal Mail, with proof of postage acquired. Delivery charges vary depending on the item purchased. Postage can be upgraded to either 1st Class Signed or Special Delivery at checkout - Please be aware Royal Mail 1st Class does not cover jewellery if parcel lost

International delivery is “Tracked and Signed” and the only way items are shipped outside the UK. All International parcels are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). So customers are responsible for any custom and import taxes. I am not responsible for any damages and/or delays due to customs.

PN- Due to the new GPRS rules from 13th December 2024) regarding selling goods to customer in the EU and NI, I have had to cease shipping to these countries. Sadly due to the rules, the administrative level of regulations required are just not feasible for my small business - Any orders placed for NI will be cancelled (and full refund given), the current set of my shipping means I can't remove NI from shipping availablity

Parcels sent tracked, customers will be provided the tracking details after shipping to follow delivery progress. You will need to be available to sign for on arrival. You are responsible for receiving and signing for delivery.

Items are packaged in a large letter box, wrapped in tissue paper, to keep your purchase safe within. Larger items in boxes again with tissue paper and/or bubble wrap – Where possible as much packaging is recycled, and recyclable.

Process and dispatch time is usually 1-3 days* depending on the day of purchase. Though if busy it could be 3-5, I will inform you if this is the case. Please contact me if you need confirmation before purchase

*Commissioned and personalised pieces, special request, repairs and alterations dispatch times vary and will be discussed and confirmed with you before order is processed.

Returns and Exchange:

Refunds and exchanges are accepted. To be eligible* your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as you received. You need to contact and advise me within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must then be returned and received within 14 days, and in original condition and packaging.

*Some items are exempt from returns or exchanges. Earrings, personalised or commissioned pieces, repairs and alterations, sale and limited edition pieces are non-returnable/non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage/delivery costs are non refundable. Only the price of the piece returned, if eligible, will be refunded.

Once your return is received, I will notify you by email, and if all is as required your refund will be processed. With a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending payment type). My aim is you will receive refund within 7 days, though could be up to 14 due to working through the system.
